PAYMENT TERMS
Unless alternative terms have been agreed, payment terms for advertising are as follows:
ARTWORK TERMS
North West Circular Ltd has the right to reject any content which they deem inappropriate. Users should be aware that our publication is predominantly targeted at religious Jewry, and as such is sensitive to the nature of content that we print. Consequently immodest pictures or content/images deemed ‘inappropriate’ by us will not be printed.
Although we make every effort to ensure your information and design is correct, mistakes can happen. Please check all proofs carefully to ensure there are no errors. By giving us your approval you agree to take full responsibility for any errors not detected at this stage. North West Circular Ltd cannot be held responsible for any errors after you have confirmed approval. Please pay close attention to all of the following: description, telephone numbers, address details, names, logos, dates, prices, spelling, wording, dimensions, quantity, colours (If applicable). We cannot proceed with the printing of your design until we have received confirmation of payment.
North West Circular Ltd cannot be held responsible for mistakes in supplied artwork. Supplied artwork will be considered ‘print ready’ and will not necessarily be checked before going to print. If an error is discovered you will be advised and will be liable to correct the error.
All advertisements are accepted for publication on condition that the Advertiser indemnifies The North West Circular and its respective employees against all actions, suits, claims, loss and/ or damages resulting from anything published on behalf of the customer.
The advertiser must obtain permission from the owner of copyright for any third party material used in the advertisement.
